Vintage Modeling

I've been super busy with school lately and the only other extracurricular activities I've had time for has been doctor (allergy, lady doctor, therapist) visits, dentist visits, and the elliptical. Going to try to find a leg doctor this week since my left leg has been trying to amputate itself from my body. I have found time for some vintage modeling, though.

I have been working with Jan Wutkowski of aMuse, an Artisanal Finery in downtown Wilmington, NC. Jan is a master at creating fancy, fun hats and fascinators. Her shop also offers beautiful vintage and vintage inspired clothes and jewelry (the gloves are my favorite!). Here's some of the exquisite pieces I've gotten from her in the past few years:

Jan has given me some great opportunities by modeling her pieces at galas, fashion shows, and fashion shoots:
This hat was so fun! And I love the jewelry!

The Red Dress Luncheon and Fashion Show
I met a lot of fun, beautiful girls at the Cape Fear Museum gala for local businesses last month:

Pink! My favorite!

I was with Jan for the Spring Fashion Preview 2013 at Blue Hand Home a couple of weeks ago. It was so fun to see what all the other local designers had to offer for this year:

Such a fun outfit: Polka Dots everywhere! Gloves, bracelets, pink sparkly earrings, gold Egyptian style necklace.

Lovely Jan

I also modeled some hats and jewelry for her along with a beautiful Russian girl at a photo shoot last week.  I can't wait to see the pics! If you want a gorgeous hat for the upcoming Derby or Garden Parties, go see Jan!
